Cancellation Policy (Late Fees, & No Shows)

• All appointments must be cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of 25% or $25 whichever is more of the service fee.  After 2 or more cancellations you will be charged 25% of the service fee or $25 whichever is more. 
• If you are 15 minutes or more late you will be assessed a $15 late fee at the end of your service.

NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF SERVICE FEE
